We strongly believe that it’s inevitable for every agency to encounter an ADR (additional documentation review) at some point, whether through a CERT or another type of request. Preparation is crucial and should not be daunting.  ADR Management should seamlessly integrate into both compliance and QAPI programs to prevent disruptions upon receiving a request.
