HOPE will replace HIS effective Oct. 1, 2025. In this short presentation, Kathy touches on key CMS revisions to the HOPE Guidance Manual v1.01. Discussed will be Hope Update Visits (HUV) and Symptom Follow-up Visits (SFV), FAQ’s re: submission requirements and iQIES, the use of 3rd party vendors and/or EHR vendors. This brief but informative presentation is an update to the educational materials provided to help agencies prepare for a successful transition to the HOPE Tool.
